Florida Horse Park, January

We’ve been at the Florida Horse Park for the past two weeks, and what a kick-off to the New Year! Here’s the full wrap-up:

Katie Triantos was Best Junior Rider on a horse both weeks!

– Sansiro Z and Mary Lisa Leffler won the Green 3’3″ Hunter Challenge, won the Green Hunter Incentive, were 3rd in the USHJA National Hunter Derby and were Champions in the Green 3’3″ Hunter Division week 1. They were 4th in the Green Hunter Challenge,  5th in the Green 3’3″ Incentive and 2nd in the USHJA National Derby week 2
– Carlzon and Katie Triantos won the Jr/AO Hunter Classic week 1 and was Champion in the Junior Hunters and 2nd in the Jr Hunter Classic week 2
– Out of Office and Katie Triantos were Champions in the Jr Hunter Division, 2nd in the Jr/AO Hunter Classic week 1, and Reserve Champions in the Jr Hunter Division and 3rd in the Jr Hunter Classic week 2

Wyatt and Heather Bamford were 3rd in the NAL Adult Hunter Finals
Carlot and Gen Cullen were 4th in the NAL Adult Hunter Finals
Basalt and Heather Bamford were 8th in the NAL Adult Hunter Finals
Ashley Foster was 4th in the Developing Professional Challenge Class and her horse Emilo (borrowed from Shadow Ridge Farm) was awarded the Best Turned Out Horse for the class

Charming and Dorli Burke were Reserve Champions in the A/O 36 and over Hunter Division
Sansiro Z and Mary Lisa Leffler were 1st and 4th in  Green Hunter 7&Over Division

EQ Event!

This week our equitation riders went to Palm Beach, FL for the Region 3 Maclay Qualifier… Lex Seiden was 5th and qualified for the Finals in Kentucky and Caroline Anderson was 15th and also qualified for the Finals in Kentucky. Well done ladies!
