Weekly Show Results
Good morning,
This past weekend two of our riders competed at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show:
-Hallelujah and Cate Black were 5th in the Large Pony Conformation class.
No show results, but that doesn’t mean we weren’t busy!
Good morning!
The Rolling Acres Symposium for our boarders, students and new clients was held this past Saturday and everyone had a great time! Sheryl, Melanie and Addie did a great job as we had over 40 people in attendance. Sheryl put together a great book that went over what you should expect at a horse show, in a lesson, for your horse’s care, and lots of information about how Rolling Acres works. Information was also given on horse care, amenities on the farm, behind-the-scenes work, and how a working farm operates. Many long-time Rolling Acres team members gave information to our newly joined team members on what it was like for them to come here long ago. New members spoke about the differences between where they previously came from and what they found when they got here. Everyone did a great job in sharing stories and adding details. Thanks for a great symposium everyone!
In case you are wondering where we were at the Capital Challenge Show this past week, didn’t participate because Mary was actually judging at the show. No one seemed to complain though after the awful weather we had!
The upcoming show schedule is Pennsylvania National in Harrisburg, followed by the Local Day/Zone Finals and then Washington International! Stay tuned for those results as they happen!
